Many people are angry and upset about all the violence going on in the world. You may not be able to change the world, but you are able to make a difference. No act of kindness is too small. It is very easy to bring a smile on others faces and the more good you do, the better you will feel.
Spreading love and kindness will help restore faith in humanity and help the anger, hate and sadness spreading in the world to fade out.
Here are a few ways you can make the world a better place:
1.Google the non-profit organizations in your community and donate items that are on their ‘most needed items’ list.

6. Give a Gift that gives more, from $1 to $1,000,000 or purchase any item on the website and they will give back to various causes like world hunger, cancer , veterans, autism and etc. Money donations are tax deductible and you can print out a certificate and give it to a recipient as a gift.
7.  Volunteer your time or skills at a local event or charity.
8. Donate your extra clothes, kitchenware, decor, furniture and appliances at your local Salvation Army  or woman’s shelter.

Tips to be motivated

motivation

Sometimes you have a mood or creativity blockage or writers block and you need that extra push to make something happen. Here are some tips that will help motivate you.

1. Reward yourself when you finish something you have been putting off. Like with an ice cream or a new app

2. Fake it till you make it- Pretend you are enthusiastic even when you are not

3. Count your blessings out loud For example ask yourself: What am I happy about in my life right now? What am I excited about in my life right now?

4. Write down your small and big goals and read them once a day

5. Do something small and create a flow.  You just need to start taking action instead of thinking of what you need to do, like paying your bills or dusting the house

6. Compare yourself with yourself. Not with others. Focus on how much you have personally improved, matured and learned

8. Remember your successes. Write down your successes in a journal and visit your notes

9. Have fun doing stuff. Lets say you need to clean the house, do it while singing or dancing

10. Do something uncomfortable. You will be proud after you have overcome your fear like riding a roller coaster

11. Don’t fear failure. You have nothing to lose in most cases, you should fear not taking action

12. Research helps. If you are going to do something for the first time, read articles about it or watch Youtube videos to make you more confident

13. Cut down on TV and social media. Do you rely on technology too much? Avoid the comfort and laziness of sitting and being entertained

14. Break down your project into small manageable parts. Do a bit every day and sooner or later you will be done

15. Force yourself to do what you gotta do. Sit down and do your homework, a project or task even if you feel tired or want to watch TV and hang out with friends

16. Listen to motivational speakers. Listen to Tedtalks, Tony Robbins, Zig Zigler, Jim Rohn in your car or at work

17. Dream bigger. Think out of the box and visualize how you would like your life to be and feel empowered by it, create a vision board

18. Help others. Volunteering and helping others makes you feel useful and positive

Stay Awesome!
