Count your devices: smart phone, IPad, tablet, laptop, IPod etc. How many do you have? How many hours a day do you spend using them?
Do you own a bookcase or shelf for books? Have you read one recently or just dusted the shelf? When was the last time you have been to a library? When was the last time you have written a card or note?
